Truth and Reconciliation Quilt: We are very fortunate to bring this quilt to our community.  It will be on display this week (July 28 – August 2) at Highland Hills United Church, Minden (in the sanctuary) during office hours:  Tuesday to Friday 9 to noon, and 1 to 2:30. It was created by the Kawartha Truth and Reconciliation Support Group (KTRSG) members on the legacy of residential schools.  They are trying to become an example of what reconciliation looks like:  people working together and treating each other with respect, justice and equality.  To find out more about this quilt and the KTRSG, check their website:  www.kawarthatruthandreconciliation.ca/quilt-stories
